When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we request read access only, and we use it solely to show your AI and search visibility inside Visibly. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other customers. You can revoke access at any time.
Visibly exists to give you a number you can trust. We never invent metrics, never guarantee a specific ranking or placement (no one honestly can), and never dress up a chart. Where we cannot see something, we say so. A score you cannot trust is worse than no score.
We do not post fake reviews, invent customer results, or borrow logos we have not earned. Every number and case study on this site is real and sourced, including our own. If you ever find a claim you cannot verify, tell us and we will fix it.
We rely on a small set of reputable providers to run the product: cloud hosting and CDN, product and web analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog), and the AI and search-data APIs that power tracking. We share only what each provider needs to do its job. A current list is available on request.
We are an early-stage company and want to be straight about this: we have not yet completed formal certifications like SOC 2 or ISO 27001. We follow sensible security practices, and we will pursue formal certification as we grow.
